Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Instructions on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Christoph Döbler, Engelsdorfer Straße 373, 04319 Leipzig, Phone number: 034165243022, E-mail address: shop@vesutec.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
 
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Reasons for Expiration

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, which obliges the consumer to pay a price, if the consumer:
 
1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur begins with the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and
 
2. has confirmed his knowledge that by his consent with the beginning of the performance of the contract his right of withdrawal expires and

3. the entrepreneur has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract, within a reasonable time after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than upon provision of the digital content not on a tangible medium, on a durable medium:
  • in which the content of the contract is reproduced and
  • on which it is stated that the consumer has expressly agreed, before the performance of the contract, that the entrepreneur begins with the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and has confirmed his knowledge that by his consent with the beginning of the performance of the contract his right of withdrawal is lost.
